Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible partner JP, and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry are also part of our clan. Many people know me through my Instagram @annephung. Here I share my daily life, highs, lows and all that in-between. I immigrated into America with my brother and parents in 1990, when I was one and a half years old I would not be living my life and sharing it with you if it weren't for the fact that my parents love hard work and sacrifice. As I knew I could be a successful person as a young adult, I was determined to be successful and do my parents proud. I believed my future would unfold in a specific way: graduate of college, find an executive position, marry and begin with a family. The life I had planned for me was not what it turned out to be. The job I held in 2013 was a job I hated. The status and wealth didn't make me happy. I believed that I was wasting away my time to make a living. 2013 was the year I realized that my passion was working out. Additionally, I enjoyed getting involved in social activities and giving the back to those around me. It led me on an entirely new direction and into the world of personal trainers. My company was founded in the year 2014 and I'm celebrating my 7th year of business success next year, 2021. Since I am an Asian woman in the industry, it is rare to find us. I aim to be a positive influencer in the industry to provide quality coaching to empower individuals to be healthier and happier them by creating healthy and sustainable living that caters to their individual goals and needs. Furthermore, I want people to be empowered to follow their dreams and achieve anything they want in their lives. My career began taking off at the time I was experiencing the most success of my life. But, my mom passed away at the same time that my professional career started to slow off. She fought a long and arduous struggle with scleroderma, and is now in Heaven along with me in my thoughts and my heart all the time. It is true that life has an ability of giving us exactly what we need regardless of our inability to grasp the lessons at the moment. In many ways, my mom's death changed me. It is my belief that I was given another chance to live through her demise. She passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to begin her new journey and allow me to be given a second chance at living a happy, fulfilled and fulfilled life. In my 30s I'm feeling a sense of living and feeling alive. I don't feel like I just exist anymore. I share my life for you to ensure that you'll be able to connect through my thoughts and stories in order to let you know that you're not on your own, for you to know that you are beyond capable of whatever you decide to put your heart to. exists that therapy is normal and necessary, that being healthy is the most valuable form of wealth. I hope that you enjoy your life to its fullest and to die with no regrets since death is the only thing which is guaranteed to us during our lifetime.
