Gerina-Piller
She was born in Roswell on the 29th of March 1985. Gerina Michel Mendoza was her birthname. Gerina Stevenson is the daughter of Mexican grandparents Rita Stevenson and Alan Stevenson. She is Mexican-American by heritage however she has an American nationality. Her entire life has been an avid sportsperson. Gerina took up golf when she was 15 years old. Gerina finished her high-school education in Goddard High School. She won her place in the New Mexico State Golf Tournament in her high school years. She was a volleyball player and also competed in state competitions. In the year 2003 she enrolled at the University of Texas. Through the latter seasons of her professional career, she won each tournament in which she competed. In her time at college she was awarded the Conference USA Player of The Award and the UTEP Female Sports Athelete Award.
